The hotel’s celebrated Executive Chef Demetre Castanas and Executive Pastry Chef Gerry Elliot will team up again to present an array of delectable holiday treats and culinary events. The Lobby will be deliciously scented by the welcoming aroma of seasonal drinks and traditional holiday desserts, including Hot Cocoa with Rumplemintz, rum spiced apple cider, organic egg nog with brandy, and a grand display of holiday cookies, all artfully presented throughout the yuletide in the hotel’s Grill 225 and Lobby Bar.

Holiday meals at Grill 225 will feature a special Christmas Eve Dinner for a very festive celebration, a traditional Christmas Day Buffet Feast, and a New Year’s Eve prix-fixe five-course menu. Santa will make appearances at the hotel’s popular Sunday Brunch at Grill 225 during December. Sunday Brunch at the Market Pavilion Hotel is considered a “must do” for guests and locals alike!
